I can't tell who this caller is.

I think people using semianonymous phones like this one,
which display no name as caller ID, only a number,
should always leave a message.

Yet another call no message, just hung up.

Just got call, Chicago NW Burbs here. Left no message, hung up after 3 rings.  ID said cell call.
