I received the same call.  Mine came from (503)902-8187.  Shapiro, Haber and Urmy (law firm) is supposedly doing a class action against them:

The law firm claims that the cruise is real, but they will try to sell you a time share the whole time you're on it - like the TV show, "South Park In Asspen."  I don't know who to believe or not believe, but I'll be damned if I'm going to give my credit card info out over the phone to someone who called ME.

Congress exempted themselves and Political Surveys from the National DNC list.
Political Opinions of America is a somewhat legitimate corporation using the DNC loophole of a simple survey to contact anyone. Their job must be difficult calling people at home or at work who do not want to be disturbed. You can go to their website and click on Number Removal on the upper right, or use this URL to be put on their own 'survey Do Not Call' list.

POA claims to offer additional incentives for survey takers. Some of their current programs include cruise and vacation offers with a hard sell of Time Share units. Many people may be still wary, particularly if you are asked to pay a fee for the taxes, reserve a Time Share unit or for the modality holding delivery fee for a package from some African country like Nigeria.
Don't complain here if you just want to say "Tell Them to Stop Calling Me" they cannot hear you.
Class action lawyers claim to start a lawsuit someday.
