Received a call from 312-274-1379.   The phone number on the Caller ID is for an event/party planner in Chicago, IL.  The Caller ID was oviously spoofed to give that number.  Caller ID showed RAMNARINE AGENCY.  The message was in a voice in a not very good President Obama impersonation going on about healthcare enrollment.  It then wanted you to call back to an 877 number.
