This Chicago number is being used by Dynamic Recovery Solutions,
a debt collector.

I am trying to find their mailing address to request that they
desist from  further telephone calls to my residence.
Howerver the web site of these folks seems to have only
toll-free telephone numbers.

Toll-free telephone numbers are problematic, as one cannot
make a private call to such numbers (i.e. using *67 is useless).
