This is from PLS. I do ow them money. My problem is I could not understand what  ?Myacalia? was saying. She spoke very fast, and very muddled. I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. I asked how the amount went up $150 from what I actually owed. I asked her to freeze the interest at what I actually owed. I couldn't understand what her answer was. I told her I would call her back after I thought about it.
