Hangs Up before answering. Unknown name on ID

Called two times this week. I missed both calls. The caller would not leave a message and the caller id displayed "Illinois Call". I called back . It is a survey center.

Unidentified caller. I did not bother to pick up the phone. No message was left on the answering machine.

Numerous calls from this number every day.  I answered Sunday evening and it was someone wanting to do a survey.  I hung up.
