Who called from 3123279690

It's pretty obvious what this is. It's a service for Colleges to send out automated messages. I just got an automated call reminding me my online classes start this week. This is why there are several different college reported as the ones who called. This is also why the Do Not Call registry doesn't stop the calls.

It was Brown College

I called them weeks ago about starting a class there.  They obviously use this service to keep in touch with me.

its spam.  i get it every 2 days and when i call back it repeats my own number and spells out N O J O B.    ??? they hang up when u answer it too.
