You are correct. Roger A Wroda is a known identity thief. His Cook County warrant number is 95001765. It can be accessed through the Cook County Sheriff warrant search under the last name "Wroda". For some reason, it does not come up if you put in the name "Roger Wroda", or "Roger A Wroda". However, This man stole from me, and he accidentally left a piece of paper in my apartment with another woman's name, social security number, credit card numbers, and Illinois Driver's License number. He lives out of motels, making him very difficult to catch. He is 6'0", about 185 pounds, 47 years old (though looks years older from his stints in prison), very short grey hair, a diamond (or rhinestone) stud in his left ear, and many tattoos on his forearms. One of the tatts has his four daughters' names on it: Ashley, Amber, Brianna, and Emily. Call the police immediately if you find this man.
