they called said i owed $495 they are going to have me arrested if i do not pay and put in jail for 40 days and are going to contact my employer
they sail that could not send me any documentation of the so called allegations until i paid them and that i would be reimburst thru their fraud department if they found that the allegation are not true
i have and am not paying them
they also said it was a michele jones from shappherd law firm
when i googled the phone # it came up as a cell
I recieved a call from this number the women claimed her name was Michelle Jones from a Law Firm called Shepard and Assoc. stating there are criminal charges against me in the amount of $488.00 and that I needed to go to Walmart and get a Green Dot Money Pak in that amount and call her back with the 14 digit number and she would give me a receipt number to call and get reimbursed that amount.
I just got 4 more calls from this number again but no messages left, what crazy [***] huh? I went ahead and blocked it from my cell phone now. Wouldnt police come after us or documentation be snet if criminal charges are pending agaisnt anyone. Crazy just crazy. He barely spoke good english had a strong british accent

I received numerous phone calls from 312-465-7942. When I called asking who it was, an Indian sounding man said that they had a case against me for not paying a pay day loan. I know this is not true and so, I am TIRED of this person calling and harassing me.
