Who called from 3123866410

He said his name was Rick and was with Blue Pay.  He started off asking if we took credit cards.  I never answered him.

Got a call from a very persistent man asking to speak with the owner.  As with all unwanted solicitation, I said he was unavailable.  I asked him what he needed and he proceeded to tell me about credit card rates and how he could save me money.  When I tried to interject a comment he continued to talk over me and tell me information that I knew was bogus.  I hung up on him!
