Robot call stated I called them for info. I had not. I pressed one to speak with rep to find out you they are. Caller refused info and could noy speak English very well. They had intimate private medical info, my name, my insurance carrier .... obviously my carrier has been hacked.
Repeatedly receiving phone calls from this phone number. Computerized call starts out saying they are returning my request for info on a back brace. But I have not requested any type of info on a back brace. So I go through to talk to a Rep to ask them to remove my phone number from their calling list, because they keep on calling. He starts in reading a script about my request for info on the back brace that they can charge to my medicaid or medicare, (which I don't have). So I told him, they have repeatedly called us and I have not requested any information and I do not have medicaid or medicare, Please take my number off of their calling list. He told me "No, I wont take your number off and I don't care what the 'F___' you want!" I was shocked, floored and FURIOUS and said "Excuse me!!! Do you want to repeat that!?" He said "You heard me" then he hung up on me. He / They wont stop calling!!! Its always a simalar experience. I'm not sure if this is one or two guys or a company or what but I definately feel like it's a scam considering all the above.
NEVER answer or call back a number you don't recognize. You are simply confirming that the phone line is active. They will then keep calling and your phone number will stay on their call list and be sold to other groups.
