caller saying this is my last chance to lower my interest on my credit card. when I ask what company they are calling from they hang up. i am on the do not call list. When i call this number back it says it has been disconnected.

Was offered a better rate on my credit card. A woman with broken English came on and when i asked her to speak slower , she hung up. On my callerID, under the name line it came up:F13214090629
