I called about some parking tickets, they asked me for my phone number and I won't give it to them. When I refused she said well we will just use the number your calling from which is my job number. Now I'm getting these robot call stating my name. Its a shame you can't just call to get general information about your tickets without them tracing your call. I've been on hold for over five minutes and nothing.
Twice they called me and left a message. They are calling saying that they are with Arnold Scott Harris, debt collectors. When I googled this company, Arnold Scott Harris, they list a totally different phone number. I have not returned their phone call.
It's the City of Chicago's desperation law firm. They are collecting for tickets issued from 1999, 2000, 01, &02. Since I have paid NUMEROUS parking tickets in the past, I find it hard to believe that FIVE just slipped through the cracks.
Received several voice mail messages from this number. A male voice in a very authoritative, almost threatening, tone asking by name for someone who has not lived here for over 10 years to call Mr Scott because it is VERY IMPORTANT.
