Called today at 3:23pm.  Foreign speaking male.   Quickly told him that he had the wrong number.

Had phone calls several times from a foreign male. He asked for someone I didn't know. Told him he had the wrong number. Still calls persistently.

Received call at 9:43 am PST. Call lasted 8 seconds but no one responded on the other end after repeatedly saying Hello.

I get multiple calls per day from this number and two other numbers that seem to be from the same call center. I answered once and could not understand the person on the line.
