I keep getting calls from this number asking for a Mark Griffin and I keep telling these people that no one by that name lives here and I don't know a Mark Griffin.
I have been receiving calls from james as well. I have asked him 3 times to send me proof that this loan was turned over to his company in voicemails cause he doesn't answer and he calls back and says we need to discuss arrangements cause i havent wanted to speak with him since i found out all the info about a scam and no letter arrives. Today i received the same letter emailed to me as they showed on the orlando ch 6 news.
Got a Call from James Ferguson as well. He now says he is with Core Recovery Systems - AKA CRS. He uses the same old tired script that everyone listed above. Says there are "2 complaints filed against me and I have the option to pay a fee or he will have me served with papers at work" It was painfully obvious he was reading from a script - such as scam. I told him to go ahead and serve me with papers because he was never going to get any money from me. Guess that confused him cause he hung up. Never give these people any personal information or money.
