No doubt this is a scam coming from a 312 (chicago) area code. I get these far too often to even bother answering.
They are always trying to sell you cheaper cable, electric, credit cards, insurance or anything to get a payment from you. You'll most likely be a lot poorer in 24 hrs. Its simple enough to just not answer any number you do not know. If its really important they will leave a message.
This organization is a scam. If you push them politely enough, you'll get that they're "Discount Premium" (name of organization), out of Illinois, corporate phone number (855) 939-8732. That number is associated with various other scams. If you call it and (per law) indicate you're recording the conversation, they'll just hang up. Report to your state Attorney General, not that they'll do anything about it. If you give them your credit card information, expect it to be drained of all available credit very, very quickly.
