they called said i owed $495 they are going to have me arrested if i do not pay and put in jail for 40 days and are going to contact my employer
they sail that could not send me any documentation of the so called allegations until i paid them and that i would be reimburst thru their fraud department if they found that the allegation are not true
i have and am not paying them
they also said it was a michele jones from shappherd law firm
when i googled the phone # it came up as a cell
This is a scam. Do not send money and do not provide your information. Have the incoming number blocked by your telephone company or the calls will continue.
I got a call from these guys saying that there were Charges pending against me and they needed to get a hold of my attorney in one of my attorneys information. It was an India guy.
I had the same thing. He keeps calling me and saying " I need to talk to you or your attorney but when i call back it just rings and rings and rings.. I tried later on at night and everytime i got a fast busy signal
