Who called from 3124706538

Got a call from this number on 8/3/11 and 25, yes 25! other calls in the last 5 days from various other numbers- some of the numbers repeating- which I believe to be connected to this. Always asking about health insurance or education. They are relentless!

I've had 8 calls within the past 15 hours from 1-312-470-6538 claimingto have something to do with educational services.  I've told them to put me on their "do not call list" but the calls still continue.  The number seems to be based in Chicago, Ill.

They call non-stop, even after I told them to stop calling. How do I make it stop?
