We have encountered the same thing here. He is a very rude person and won't take No for an answer. We have hung up on him several times and he keeps calling back to my employees and trying to get different people here to try and get to the person he is asking for. He is claiming he is Peter Jones. He definetely is not english and has a real thick accent and is not clear about where he is calling from but just that he is trying to collect a debt and if we don't get the message tot he person he is asking for there will be authorities at his door.

So I just got a call from this number -- obvious Indian accent on the other end..."Ronald Jackson" calling
to tell me my application for a $5,000 loan has been approved, and I need to give him my checking account info to authorize the processing & deposit of my loan.
It would not have been funny except for his poor English. I took close to 10 minutes asking him to repeat things & telling him I could not understand what he was saying -- I laughed my [***] off. It was like the old Cheech & Chong bit about "Dave's not here".
Call me mean or a hater, but I just love to f*ck with these idiots when I have the time.
