SCAM ALERT: hard to understand due to accent, wants to loan me $5,000.00 for repayment of $100.00 a month for 60 months, all he needs is my name, social security #, and my bank routing #"s, also asked my monthly income
They are not in the continental US. This is a loan scam operated out of India or Pakistan. Call blocker might help--also DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize. They are using some sort of Magic Jack system to hide their true location.
Total scam. Comes out of India or Pakistan. There is no loan. They just want up front fees (which are illegal in most US States) payable by Green dot money pak. Green dot payments are untraceable.
November 14, 2014 You have no idea how accurate your Jack_ss statement is. I called back this number last night and I immediately heard a message saying this number was not in service. After receiving more calls from this number today I called again. This time I heard a message from Magic Jack saying this was an reserved number that had not been assigned to a customer yet. There is definitely a scam going on here.
