I received same message.  I don't know the age of the people being targeted, but they are certainly counting on  people having entered contests and forgotten about it!  When I answer, the person hangs up.  If I DON'T answer, the message is left.  Now I am going to block the number.....

Seems like Bill Bentley is still around. Got a call saying I won $50,000 and to call another number to get info on how to claim it.
