They called my cell phone and hung up after a few rings without leaving a voicemail

They call my cell while i'm at work and then hang up without leaving a message.
I have reported them to the do not call registry and nothing is being done.

They called my cell and hung up after one ring.  They're someone called Level 3 Communications, LLC from the reverse lookup I did.

Called my business phone which was in my hand. Hung up before I could slide to answer.

Just called my cell seconds ago and hung up before I could even decide to answer or ignore the call.
