Just the MENTION of CHICAGO, and the State of ILLINOIS, proves that the callers are up to no good! Most all of politicians from that state are either incarcerated, have been, or deserve to be. The citizens of that state elected these criminals, thus they are of the same types.

In the mail I received a letter stating that Texas Medicaid was conducting a survey through the Chicago university. Then the call. I didn't answer, but the letter is legit.
