Just the MENTION of CHICAGO, and the State of ILLINOIS, proves that the callers are up to no good! Most all of politicians from that state are either incarcerated, have been, or deserve to be. The citizens of that state elected these criminals, thus they are of the same types.
You miss the point. "All you want is my opinion" I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU WANT! It's my phone that I pay for. It's my home that I have not invited you into. They are my opinions which I choose NOT to give to you.
I understand that completely but the NORC is charged with calling California residents to get their opinions about health insur....if they don't get everyone's opinions they are not doing their job....they are only doing what they are hired to do....
