My cell history shows that I received a call from this number July 1 and July 8. Both times, I received a voicemail message that is cut off at the beginning. Clearly a scam of some kind. I'm dictating below the exact words of what I have on the voicemail message:
(female computerized voice)
"...deposit or processing charges.
So, call us back on our direct line number
312-586-9436

312-586-9436
thank you. (hangs up)"
Called my work number on 7/12 at 11:09 AM and left voicemail message. Computer generated message saying "this is cash." Said I was approved for loan of $15k and left this number to call back. Display showed "name unavailable." Scammer with equipment--oh joy.
Called me 5 times today. I called back first time and after the music playing he picked up and said hello. When I said hello he hung up. Second time I told him stop calling me before he could hang up. He just kept saying ok.
I missed a call from this number. No message was left. When I called back I heard a gentleman speaking a foreign language but I'm not sure he knew I was on the line. I said hello and he said "Thank you for calling Cash Advance, how may I help you?" I told him I missed a call from this number and wasn't sure what it was about. He told me I had been approved for a loan for up to $15,000.00. I told him I thought he was a scammer and I didn't want the loan. I asked where his company was located, he told me Chicago, IL but wouldn't give me a specific address. I asked him to please take me off his call list and he told me they would call me until I accepted their loan. I laughed and hung up on him.
