I talked to an actual person for once! Im relieved that they have been calling my phone and wanting to talk to "Lori". I know no Lori and he calls should stop.
I got a call from this number and the guy, who never clarified who he was or where he was from, told me that I went through 2 tolls, 3 years ago and the tolls totaled 5.00. The guy then claimed that I needed to pay a total of 560.00 to pay for these tolls. I dont even know if I really went through them 3 years ago, but if I did and owed money, why did I never get a letter or phone call for 3 years? Why is it that I suddenly owe 560.00 for 5.00 in tolls? This sounds like a scam to me and I absolutely refuse to talk to them or pay this amount. If I owed 5.00 in tolls, I would think that I would get a letter or phone call sometime before 3 years, and if I had, they would have gotten their money then.
Watch out, this has got to be a scam! I dont care what they say, watch your back! And by the way, the guy was throwing around all kinds of ignorant comments about how he "knows all about me, and could track me down", which made this sound like even more of a crock. How is it that I supposedly break the law and 3 years later, after no letters or phone calls, I suddenly owe some random guy 560.00? Yeah, let me write a 560.00 check to everyone who calls me and says I owe it to them.
U guys are stupid. If they are calling u its because u owe money. I received letters in the mail regarding all my tickets. They are calling u to inform u of all the balances u have. I began to ignore their calls and mail until one day when i got the boot on my car then i realized it was my fault for not paying attention to my outstanding balances.
