got a call from 312 893 4866 to talk to Miss Grant when I called I got a vmail for RL Scott Harris PC law --also had a way to "pay" for what I don't know -- this looks like the same group as 312. 604.7162
I keep getting a call from Arnold Harris Law office for a "willy" Wilson.For over a year now these people have been driving my household nuts with calls for a guy that we've never even heard of before.
These idiots must not do their research very well,or just lazy [***] ,
punk idiots with nothing better to do.Arnold Harris Law can bend down and kiss me "where it counts",'cuz I'd enjoy that as much as they enjoy harrassing my HOME!! If these morons don't quit calling my house,
I am going through with what I already started,and that is pursuing

this is a real law firm. they are debt collector's and are pursuing unpaid traffic/tolls....anything that u owe or is outstanding with the city of chicago or the illinois tollway. i know i skipped a few paytolls. the last letter i received in regards to them was over a year and a half ago saying that it will double if i don't pay it by a certain due date. some people honestly do forget to pay. they should continue to send notices. and where in the hell was the notices from this law firm??? for almost two years u hear nothing and all the sudden the firm calls? not the best way to handle it. i'm sure after 2 yrs ppl forget they had it. witht the economy so bad the last few years too, and if you are jobless, you will definitely forget. cause u are all stressed out about not having a job. they are a legitimate firm though. not the best way to handle past debt if you ask me. if you are not the person they are looking for, you'll probably have to write them (if u want to go after them for harassing u) and tell them it's not you and to stop calling you. It's called a "cease and desist" letter. same if you are the one they are looking for and call them to make arrangements or if u only want to communicate with them thru written correspondence, you can do the "cease and desist" letter too. that is the only way you can stop them from harassing you.
continued......if they don't follow the "cease and desist" letter you can then sue them for harassment. but u must prove that you sent that letter to them. (certified mail is best)
I just called these guys and they have the wrong guy. They just start calling anyone in the phone book with the same name hoping to get the right person.
It was for a purported iPass violation on three different occasions. He gave me the dates.
He gave me the license plate number which wasn't even close to ours.
The guy was nice enough and took me out of their system, but this other Matt F is going to need to pay up and quit being a deadbeat.
