I received a call from same, the exact msg left was:
"Sometime back within the last eighteen months and hopes of winning our fifty thousand dollars cash give away. Well the contest is officially over we're looking at your entry we have very good news for you. What you need to do as soon as possible is give us a call back here in the office toll free 185585457296. Again that's toll free 18555457296. Look to hear from you soon and congratulations."
i enter contests but not scams like these!
Called me this morning from 3126251414 asking me to call 8555457296 saying i won 50000 when i answered the phone he talked over me and refused to give me more info saying call that 855 number for more details i told him to go [***] himself.
After researching both numbers on line i made the correct choice its a scammer.
Got a second call minutes afterwards from 5135621300 from some mumbling dumb [***] for a survey don't know if they're connect but suspect they are since no one ever calls me. Told him i am on the do not call list and he asked if i wanted him to put me on their do not call list. I say yes if you don't want me to file a court charge against him. He hung up.
