Who called from 3126251414

I've gotten this call every day for two week now. Messages he leaves are always the exact same.

"Hi, this is Peter with the National Notification Department. And we're calling you in regards to the entry that was submitted sometime back within the last year, year and a half in hopes of winning our $50,000 dollar home owners cash give away. The contest is officially over, we're looking at your name here and we do need to verify the information we have as soon as possible. What we need you to do is give us a call here toll free at the office at 1-855-458-7319 and again that's toll free 1-855-458-7319. Looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible and congratulations."

I too received a call. Did not pick up...no message left.

I hope there's  a special place in hell for these bags of excrement who exist only to take from others.

caller hangs up when i answer... based on other peoples' blogs, caller identifies himself as bill or peter saying they won a prize and to call a certain number back

Caller ID says Twon Connor 312 625-1414. Message says to call a particular call free number as I entered a contest (not!)
and they want to verify info for another one. I called 312 number, message says" notification center, hold for operator".
It just  rings and rings. Obviously I blocked the number. DNC list means nothing/
