Numerous calls, never a message. Have actually answered, but the delay is so long that I hang up.
Have bought 2 large appliances from Sears recently, so, in light of the prior comments, the caller almost certainly is a robo-Sears call. Still, why not leave a message? Why is the delay, when I DO answer, so long? Stupid.
I too just got a call from 312-640-2552. I have purchased nothing from Sears, however, I did have a repairman here from AES, who was dispatched via Whirpool's repair service. It is obviously some sort of a customer satisfaction survey, following appliance repair service. And the calls are automated!
312-640-2552 Started receiving calls from them today.. Had my SEARS appliance "preventative maintenance" serviced yesterday. I have my "account" flagged with a DO NOT CALL - NO SOLICITING - # NOT BE GIVEN TO OTHER PARTIES -NOTE, BUT THEY JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Just call the customer service phone number listed on a receipt you get from making a purchase at the store... at least the ones in Colorado and it's a PORN line.
GREAT first impressions of servicing... oops, customer service. They might as well say "Welcome to SEARS, hand over your wallet, turn around and bend over. Thank you" Just be HONEST and tell unsuspecting customers that you plan to annoy the heck out of them so they don't forget the SEARS name!
Yup its definitely Sears related from me. I just received the call as well rfom 312-640-2552 only a few miniutes ago and like the rest of you no message or anything. I recently purchased to large appliances from Sears that was installed yesterda. I was told by the delivery guys to expect a survey call about the service. I guess this was it. This will be very annoying if it continues.
