Got a call from a chicago # today, AFTER I had gotten into it with a guy that calls himself Brian Anderson. He says their office is in GA and called Loan mediation and will make every attempt to avoid giving me any kind of address. Everyone, do your research and lets gang up on these people and send them to prison! I hired a private investigator to help me out. Record your phone calls! These people are not attorneys and they know they are scamming you! Dont pay them anything.
312-651-6387 and 855-597-4550 claimed to be a mediation service. They called my mother, stating that they where trying to get ahold of me. [Curious] AFAIK-T , this is just another bunch of debt collectors. They call them selfs Westwood mediation. They are using a chicago number with my call. They may operate in more than one area.
No longer westwood mediation... theyre now Loan Mediation, told me i was going to jail and then became abusive talking about my mother. Every sentence was ended with ... "or something" . Real professional.

They called my mother, father and sister stating I had a payday loan in 2010. They stated they had every legal right to contact them but they called their cell phones. So it was suspicious. They gave a California call back number and her named changed from Linda Bell to Alex Smith to Lisa Jackson in 5 minutes time. When I called back they would keep hanging up. Such a scam! Beware!
