Who called from 3126562997

I keep getting calls from this number even though i'm on do not call list, i block their number then after about a month i take off few days later they start calling again, can't understand them most of the time

Called and got VERY RUDE and CRUDE when I told them this was a scam and to never call again... I was called every name in the book, enough to make a trucker blush. Yes, I gave it right back... have not heard from them since

Why do many, if not most of these scams originate from India/Pakistan?
Must be something in the water. Is not the Ganges river among the most polluted in the world?

The man talked in an Indian accent, knew my name, asked if i was home alone, told me he was close to my house,told me he  was [***] and told me to come outside and help him with that.

What he said more then likely isn't even true. Most of these calls are out of India and Pakistan.
