I answered with FBI Department, and they hung up. Thanks for all the comments to re-assure this was another telemarketer.

That's illegal to do, glad I came here to find out. They called me yesterday at 9:50 am I am in the northern suburbs from Chicago and I still don't answer calls I don't know, even in my own State. If no message is left they aren't worth my time.
