Received a call from this number. Caller said she had problems with her headset. Said I stayed at one of their resorts and now I qualify for a trip to Florida. When I told her I was interested, she hung hp on me. I didn't get a chance to ask the name of her company. What is up with these telemarketers hanging up on people.

Just how do you propose that they do that? Keep in mind that a lot of scammers route calls from foreign countries via the internet and spoof their caller ID. It's not a trivial problem to solve.
Suppose a scammer spoofs their caller ID to be a local hospital - which caused all calls from that hospital to be blocked. Would you like that?
