Caller tries to obtain numbers of executives. Then hangs up when it cannot be given out. Caller calls back to scrutinize the fact that number cannot be given out and only transferred to. Caller hangs up again after giving you her (small) piece of mind.
These people call our business several times a day, won't leave a message, then if you do answer, they act like it is a personal call to one of our physicians. I'd hate to be so low-down I had to do this kind of job all day!!!!
