Who called from 3127359173

SCAM RoBo caller.  Said they have been monitoring my credit card for six months.  Called themselves "Credit Card Services".

Scam!
Robo call, claimed to have monitored my credit card for past six months and that if I have balances over $10,000 I could lower my interest rate.  They obviously have not been monitoring my credit cards then.

10 June 2016. 312-735-9173 called my rarely used cell phone. I didn't answer.

312-735-9173 just called my cell phone, and they left no message.  After reading the other comments here, I'm glad I did not answer.
