The guy first asked for my husband by only his first name, then when I asked who was calling he said "you had bladder mesh surgery, right?". I hung up on him. He had a heavy accent and the call sounded like it was from a call center.

This person keeps calling my damn phone and he doesn't stop! I am annoyed as well!!!!! When a voicemail is left you just hear a loud background with a whole bunch of people talking in the background or sometimes where it sounds like planes or bombs.
Between my landline and cell phone, I am getting loads of mystery calls that call all day, starting at exactly 8 a.m. my landline I answer I wait a minute I hit the number 2 and hang up. That's seems to be working. My cell does not have a call block option. I add the mystery numbers to my contact list under pain in the [***] or ball Busters, & I have them set to go right to voicemail.
