Sorry to ruin your day but the national immunization survey is exempt from the national do not call list do to the fact it is a federal government agency the CDC can call you anytime it is a federal agency sorry for the bad news.
I also have received 3 calls, the first time I politely indicated that I was not interested in participating in the survey. The same woman has since called back twice and acknowledged during the last call that I had previously told her I did not wish to participate and to please stop calling me. I will admit the third time she called, I was not polite.
Got 2 calls on my cell phone from this number (312-759-5263) and hung up on them the first time. She said her name was Cindy but didn't get where from. The 2nd time (1/8/11) I didn't get to my phone in time to answer it but this number was left as a missed call. How do we stop these people!

I asked them to take me off the call list and they continued to call me several times a day for days at at time. I went on the CDC website and email them my disdain. I got a response within 12 hours and they PROMISED to take me off the call list. This is a ridiculous way for the CDC to try to illicit information in this day and age. Think of all the time and money wasted on these hang up calls.
