Kaplan University.... they calll every single day wanting to let me know about my tuition. I have talked to them every day for a week. They have received my financial aid. They now they will start receiving my installments in March. This was the agreement with their financial agreement. Yet they call EVERY SINGLE DAY Seems like a huge waste of their time, and mine.
This number was Kaplan University. They called three times within one hour on Friday around 1 pm. I wasn't near my phone the first time, and didn't grab it in time the second. They left no voicemail, and when I called the number back (I was a student there so I have often received calls from their offices and wanted to know what they wanted), it was just a switchboard main menu for student services, but I didn't know who to call to talk to because I didn't know which office had been calling. I looked up the number here and then waited for another call. I picked up the third time, and it was an automated message congratulations me on graduating and talking about the career services/job help/resume booth that will be available on graduation weekend before the graduation ceremony next weekend. It was a little annoying that they didn't leave this message on my voicemail, and therefore got me alarmed about an unknown, supposedly urgent number. I also got nervous because everyone said this was a debt collection type number that called them in the other reports on this site. But in my case, it turned out to be a legitimate call from a place that I had business with before. ;)
P.S. This number registered without an ID on my phone, but after I searched on this site, combined with the Chicago area code, I figured it was probably Kaplan, and wanted to know what they needed. Sorry for the confusion in my first post.

Kaplan University. Unbelievable how they call TWICE a day - once in the morning and once in the evening. I am delinguent with my payment(s). I explain that they will be paid by the end of the month. The agent says they will update their system...but the calls do not stop.
