this number called my cell and left no message.

This call comes from Credit Card Services but offers no further identification. When I pressed 1 to speak about "lowering my interest rate" I was connected to Dave. When I asked which of my credit cards he was calling from he hung up on me. The Caller ID number, 312-779-3962 is spoofed as calling this number returns disconnected.

Someone from this number also called and left a message for me about lowering my interest rate.
