Asked for owner of business, refused to leave message but insisted that he must interrupt my work by calling back to go through the same rigamarole again later. Background noise sounds like boiler room or call center.
Asked for me by first name, had my direct work number. After I verified it was me, no response. I could hear background office noise so there was no sound issue. I suspect this comes from putting one's direct line work number in LinkedIn -- if you have done that, change it.
