Doesn't leave message.   Probably a credit services scam like the others from 312-800-9xxx

Hung up mid sell, but came up on caller id as out of area. Started to tell me I had put my name in for a Carnival Cruise and I had won...

My # is on the National"Do-not-call" registry and yet I received a call from this # at about 10:15 a.m. this morning.

Once again, a call with no message (I believe I've received at least 10 from these idiots over the last few months). I live in the Chicago area, so I usually pick up calls from area code 312. These yahoos have taught me otherwise.

Just received a call from this number.  I didn't answer the phone as it is out of my area code and they didn't leave a message.   My number is on the national do not call list.
