Who called from 3128009182

They called on my cell phone but hung up when I answered.

Same thing here....no message....no caller ID....but call came in on my cell phone.

They just called my cell phone.  I didn't answer, but they did leave a voice mail message about pressing 1 to be removed from their list.  It was probably some sort of robo call scam looking for credit card and/or personal information.

Let me see. You don't answer the phone, BUT you can tell us what it was probably about? I don't know what low lifes are worse.
