Who called from 3128095251

They called last night at 9:27 pm and again this morning at 7:14 am.  Both calls are outside of the legal telemarketing time frame.

Easter Seals again. They have called 3 days in a row to cell phone without leaving a message. I keep getting their junk in the mail. Today I answered and told them I could not talk and they said they would call back later. I am on a DO NOT CALL LIST. The number is the same they are calling from. I am not so sure they are really part of the Easter Seals organization.

Another number to add to my SPAM contact list. 22 numbers already. SMH

I'm getting several calls from this number but I am not answering. I don't know this number. Does anyone know who it is?

Thanks to the feedback on this site, I blocked this number.  Since then this number has called me every day (Saturday AND Sunday included)!  I have them on my auto reject list on my cell, so it goes directly to voicemail without ringing.  Never any VM's left.  WTF!!  How do we get these calls to stop?  UGH.  Don't these people have anything better to do?
