Who called from 3128095251

They have called at least 5 times and I have them on my auto reject list, but they won't give up!

I just received call from this number in my cell. I didn't anser, they did not let a message. Another SPAM in contact list.

Looks like they got a new number. They have called many times before, but with different numbers. I/D shows Anonymous.
Now who would answer a call from someone like that? I'll just add this number to my call blocker.

I get this call repeatably and do not recognize it

I don't know why they call me again. I don't pick up the phone if I don't know the #.
