Called, no vm, no idea who it is

Same as above. Caller ID lists the number twice with no name.

Called twice in 10 minutes time.  Number shows twice on caller ID but no name and no message.

Got this 1 yesterday @ 10:03 AM & here they are again 9/21/14 @ 12:29 PM! CT on Landline. UGH!
