Calls never leaves a message, looks like scammer from the previous responses about said caller

Unfamiliar number, didnt answer. left no voicemail. Probably phishing call

Made the mistake of answering, it's a scam telling me that I won a free cruise!!!!  Whoooooppppeeee, also on the do not call list so no clue why I get these.

Picked up and got an automated call saying, "Hi, this is xxx from GE Home Security." I hung up

Green Survey has called me half a dozen times in 15 minutes.  Answered their call and answered no and the automated caller said they would remove me from their calling list immediately, but have continued to call me. This is insane.
