They are looking for PBX phones to hack, and then they run up a large toll fee, to a foreign country and it pays them to do so, beware big fraud

New spoof number with CID of CHICAGO IL.. Old number was 312-818-2345 with CID of CHICAGO IL. The old number had so many call blockers that they appear to be trying to get a new call number list. This number runs a wide variety of charity and other scams. My CPR blocker has this  entire Chicago area code blocked.

My error, the old number was 312-818-2353! The prime scam was a charity scam.

Called, left no message.
