I and my wife have seriously thought about flying down from Canada to handle the transaction. We concluded that if you are really serious and have the money for the rent as you have mentioned, then for us to confirm that..

However, If in any case you do not like the apartment, then what you do is go back to where the money was sent from and cancel the transaction and your money will be refunded to you. We have been using Western union/money gram for a while now to send money to John our son and it is secured and has always worked perfectly for us. I found "stevens" ad on craigslist, too good to be true. he got my personal info : (, but no money. I called the cops, they didnt seem too interested, "...we can not stop people from giving this guy money" was their response. This guy is horrible, how does he sleep at night?
Be sure to check to see who the owner is on each of this clowns properties that he lists.....You will find out that he is not the owner of any. This guy is a scammer......Stay away from him.....
