Presently, i am in Canada working as the Vice-President, Customer Care Centre & Direct Sales at ATB Financial, Calgary, Canada. I can come down to show you the apartment if i am convinced that you are serious. The initial plan was to sell the apartment. which we tried, but the Realtor inflated the prize hence taking more time to sell, because of this reason, we need a responsible person that will take very good care of the apartment. Most importantly ,a serious and trust worthy person who will be willing to pay the rent without delay.
Note; the move-in cost is the total amount of 2 months rent and a security deposit. As a very busy person I would only take my time to fly down to the US for you to preview the apartment, only if you accept to pay the above move-in cost after seeing the apartment.
FURNITURE : Apartment is fully furnished but if you are moving in with your furniture there is a storage room in the unit where you could keep our furniture.

I unfortunately am not as smart as many of you. I thought this was legit because I googled hiss name and there really is a guy named Steven Fedorchuk that is a VP at a Financial Institute in Calgary. I gave hi my name and birth date and current address. I got suspicious when he said he was going to rent to me with no more questions and fly down to NY for a very small amount of monthly rent. The home he is advertising is indeed for sale and big enough to house and apartment but nothing about it on the MLS sheets. I don't know what to do now to protect myself from identity theft. My gut told me this was too good to be true. Wish I had listened to it. I got suspicious when area cod didn't match to Canada but to Chicago. Any advise greatly appreciated
You should place a fraud alert on all your credit files. You should also contact your bank and place a limit on your debits, also should pull your credit reports.
Ok Guys - he has changed his name now to Sam Lamb. I am a realtor with a house listed on the Westside of Binghtmon. IT IS NOT for RENT, its for sale. I dont even have the damn listing on Craigslist only the MLS.
